When my wife died there recently. The doctors all said they were sorry this happened. You get that and a list of funeral homes or cremators because they tell you they have no morgue. I would think the head of the hospital would have taken the time to call us or send someone to check on us, assist us or even offer help. Call me bitter, call me a grieving widower out to blame someone, but you can't call me a liar. I am sure the administrators will be sure our insurance coverage was handled properly.
