I recently purchased a pair of pants I have been on the hunt for. When they arrived they had a little bit of ink on them from the tag (something I have seen happen a thousand times while working in retail!)
I let the owner know and within minutes I received a reply from a store associate letting me know the owner would be in touch the next day. Well, I woke up to a full refund! It was totally unnecessary but Dana, the owner, insisted.
I work for a major retailer known for their service and even I was impressed! Dana knows what she is doing and more businesses should follow her lead! I cannot say enough great things about my experience!
