Nice and small business park. Good parking capacity. The only issue is its location. Since it is located at the very end of Phase 2, While commuting to and fro you have to face whole lot of traffic. The primary bottlenecks are Infosys, Wipro Circle, 4 Seasons, Shivaji Chowk, Wakad flyover. If it would have been in Phase 1, we would have been saved from this all hassle.
