If you wish to speak to a live person. Go not buy their products. If you wish to use their products manually do not purchase their products. If you do not want to subscribe to their fitness service do not purchase their products. If you want to be forced to provide credit card information to unlock their machines to be able to use it then buy their products. Telephone customer service is horrible. You must go through an entire registration process BEFORE you call and get put on hold. 52 minutes and still waiting. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE
