Dog at large ticket. It states in it I can pay online or over then phone. I go online, nothing in the system. I call and call and call, nobody answers EVER. I take time out of my day to go there and I ask the lady why I couldn't pay online even though the box is check stating I can and she says they hadnt put it in the system yet (Ticket was over a month ago). She said well you can call or come here in person .

Whats the point in offering online services or payment over the phone if the only options truly are to mail it fine in or go there in person?
