Five stars for the service completed from Honda and Demario this weekend. He kept me informed every step of the way. However, a week before I had my car in for service and had been told the shuttle could take me to work and I specifically asked about my work location and was assured I could be shuttled. Upon arriving that morning I was told the shuttle would NOT take me to my work location so I had to abort the service appointment and drive to work. 2 different people with 2 different answers; you all need to get on the same page.
