I wouldn't recommend sending your child(ren) to Whitney Ranch Community Center. The staff they hire to look after the children are actually children, and have little to no experience on how to handle and deal with children. A staff member inappropriately touched my child, and the supervisor refused to give me the name of the staff involved, so I was unable to make my formal complaint with the City of Henderson. I had to soley rely on the supervisor to make the complaint, and she wouldn't give me a copy of the complaint she stated she made. Instead, they wrote my child up for not listening, and the Staff member who denied punching my son, and poking him in the eye when no one was looking is still being protected by his fellow staff, and is still allowed to work with other children, un-reprimanded! If you have to pay someone to watch your child, don't waste your money, or entrust this center to have your child's best interest at heart.
