I waited more than 1 hour to get my room key acces...

I waited more than 1 hour to get my room key access. The reception was Harry, he was supposed to inform while I sat and waited. But when western white men check in, they get keys right away. The next day, the reception lady while she was taking my room extention key, also switch with Mr Harry and she serve the white man guest and said to me 'oh he (Mr Harry) can handle you' while she serve whiteman behind me. Your reception are afraid of whitemen and racist towards the asian guests. This was not one day experience but two days. I will fire both of them.
