For a 4 star very average. Dated and in disrepair in some places. Considering we live in covid 19 the enty and public areas looked to need a good clean. We lined up for about 20 min. We finally got to the desk only for the attendant to stop and attend to other guests this process took another 15mins. My Mum and I shared a room. We were there for a rare family get together. There was 17 of us staying some of us sharing. We went for dinner to a restaurant down the road so we returned back late to the hotel. On my floor there were used room service trays which isn't unusual how ever the same trays were out with left over food on them in the morning. When I got in my bed I discovered that I had a double bed quilt folded in half (the same for my Mum ) with a sheet over it which made it look like a doona cover. My Uncle and Aunty didn't even have a doona just sheets. My other Uncle and Auntys bathroom flooded. When we left we told the attendant what had happened and we were made to feel like it was our choice because we didn't tell reception (at 11pm). The attendant got the manager who asked if we told reception. When leaving the car park we put our ticket in and it came up with a $65.85 charge after already paying $15 for parking so we had to then wait for the desk attendant to lift the boomgate. Won't be coming back as we paid $290. We could have stayed at the Crown towers for another $60 and had park your own car for free. Won't be recommending either.
