My experience at Marks Jewelers exceeded my expectations. I had been looking for a ring a long time, with many jewlers. Meeting David M. was by far the most pleasant buying experience I ve ever had; while also in one of the most anxious decisions of my life. He just made it all seem simple. He learned my budget politely and never once showed me anything outside of it. Also he helped me learn a lot. Even took the time to show me the little things between two diamonds that someone outside the industry just doesn t know. Nobody was pushy at all. Once you re greeted, someone else with a smile is probably gonna offer you coffe or water. Gotta love that service. David M. stayed in contact with me after the sale. Even though we didn t talk much outside of the store, he reminded me often how she will cherish this. And that when they get to meet for a more formal fitting he can explain all the lengths I went through. Very reassuring after such long hard decision. I d recommend Marks Jewelers and David to anyone that s looking for a better experience shopping for any kind of jewlery or related service.
