Scheduling, drop-off, shuttle and post appointment review worked extremely well.

Mercedes could improve customer experience by offering an estimated time of completion at time of drop-off. It should not be the customer soliciting nor should the customer be in the unknown throughout the day. At a minimum a high level expectation setting (2h, 4h, 8h, next day).

Car is back in perfect condition.
