Had a good buying experience in January 2016. Service since then has been terrible. I can't wait until the chevy dealership reopens in Brooklyn so I don't have to deal with these people anymore. Have had my car in twice so far for the following reasons 1) an oil change (wasn't done the first time, have no idea if it was actually done the second time since my receipt says yes, but my Trax's dashboard says no - I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR A CALL FROM THE SERVICE MANAGER ABOUT THIS SINCE JANUARY 11, 2017!) 2) a knocking noise in the engine when accelerating between 40-45 mph and 50-57mph (in august they told me to switch to a higher octane fuel, in december they told me it was a 'normal' noise) 3) the vehicle jerks when going from reverse to drive (in august they told me they couldn't replicate it, in december they told me to wait 15 seconds after shifting before attempting to move the car) 4) the a/c is manual, but the fan speed randomly slows for periods of time (in both august and december there was no answer for this since they say they can't replicate it)
None of these issues have been fixed. The employees in the service department are rude, Sophia consistently has an attitude and has hung up on me in the past.
Today I tried calling to make an appointment for a new issue with the a/c (it started making a hissing noise and doesn't get cold) and the man who answered the phone cared more about arguing with me about what phone number brought up my information and how many techinicians are scheduled for Saturday than listening to my issues with the vehicle. After putting me on hold he said that the Service Manager would call me back, when I told him again that i've been waiting over 3 MONTHS for a call, he hung up on me.
Terrible customer service all around.
