Very disappointed!!! Had fever and I felt so much ...

Very disappointed!!! Had fever and I felt so much pressure on my ears....came to urgent care ...on website says you must check in by 730 to be seen......I came almost at 6!!!! 3 people ahead of me.....then the lady at front desk asked me....oh you have fever and ear ache....sorry we can't see you, there is more people waiting ahead of you and there us not time for you!!! .....but here are other places you can go!!!!!! And handed me a sheet with other locations.........wow 3 people ahead of me .......very disappointed
