I can t say enough about the Coastal Virginia Real Estate team. I bought my home through them nearly a decade ago, and even in the time that has passed, they continue to remain connected through community and client appreciation events. Their dedication to each and every one of their clients is remarkable and clearly evident at each of these events, which include local baseball games and breakfast with Santa for families.

While their commitment to their clients is the primary reason I recommend this real estate team, their professionalism and thoughtfulness during the home-buying experience can not be undersold. I was certain my wife and I knew exactly what we wanted, but after sitting with us and discussing our must haves, Shannon and Christen helped point us in a different direction and thank goodness for that. They helped us purchase our first home in a dream neighborhood we didn t even know existed, close to work and in a great area.
