First, my PCM is absolutely great. My wife and I have never had a better one. Dr. Packer is an awesome woman and has stayed on top of everything. That being said, my wife is going through a few things and one that has the potential to be fatal and yet we we see the nurse she either has no idea what is going on or has no idea what she is doing. We have been waiting over a week for some information that we should have gotten a few weeks ago. So it either rude or just straight up incompetence.
