$$$ Arrival Sunday for a weeks stay. First and for most THANK YOU!Stephanie! Adult pool associate/rep. Made our stay very pleasant/relaxing. Miss her hospitality already. And the front desk clerks, were attentive, Kudos!!
Minus 2 stars because we were ignored for minutes at the guard shack (talking on radio comm) no greeting at all, just pointed his finger for us to proceed. Trash all over: sidewalks, parking, hallways not vacuumed) near rooms, by the lagoon and burnt pizza and no available medium size Hawk Kay Huk casual shirts.
