Beyond five star customer service. I had purchased two pairs of goodr sunglasses for xmas here and a week later when I had the chance to wrap them for xmas realized there was a pair missing from the box. I immediate called the store and told them. They told me to come down and they will get me taken care of. So I did, just expecting to pick up the missing pair. Without hesitation they replaced the missing pair and because I had to drive all the way back to the store, gave me a completely FREE pair of goodr sunglasses. Now that is amazing customer service. COMPLETELY UNEXPECTED! Thanks New England RC, Merry Christmas
