I was helped by Raj, and had a very positive experience. I was looking for a replacement vehicle after my beloved 2004 Toyota Highlander was deemed a total loss after an accident broke it's rear axle. I went to the dealership hoping to find a newer model highlander, but also to test out some different vehicles to see how they felt.
Raj was very accommodating as I inspected and test drove a couple different vehicles that they had on the lot. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and not TOO pushy when it came to recommending the more expensive of the vehicles that I had tested.
Of course, like any salesperson, he wanted me to buy the more expensive 4runner over the highlander I was interested in. In fact, by biggest complaint about the experience came when I found a 2012 highlander, that was highly upgraded from my basic 2004 model, that I was interested in. The highlander was tucked away behind another car and wasn't easily movable for a test drive. Raj said, something to that affect, like "You can't test drive this one because it will be hard to get out."
Well, yeah...so what? I'm a customer and if I want to test drive a vehicle you should probably go to the trouble of shuffling the cars around it so I can take it for a spin.
I'm sure if I had pushed, he would have made it possible for me to test drive it, but I didn't push since I already knew what driving it would be like, and I had also mostly decided to go with the upgraded 4runner due to it's bigger engine and heartier capabilities. I'm an explorer and I need a tough vehicle.
All in all, it was a positive experience, and nothing happened that I wasn't already expecting from a salesperson. I would recommend this dealership, and Raj as a salesperson. He helped when I couldn't figure out the Bluetooth audio and phone settings after I purchased the 4runner, and really made me feel like I could get assistance from him at anytime if I had issues with the vehicle.
