Unbelievably, consistently bad reception. Customer service wait times literally hours, 5 days waiting for tech to service and needed a tech to come out again w/i a month of last service call. More expensive for supposed 1gig but if service is not working or weekly rebooting and trying to get back on net.....then its zero gigs. Ppl nice but in 6 months a huge source of stress. It wasn t for me. Went back to Spectrum.....faster everything, customer service, tech to house, simpler equipment....less expensive for lesser service yet faster, better picture and reliable; haven t gotten kicked off net or rebooted yet. Only left Spectrum b/c new landlord sold me on fiber optics . Def wasn t for me.
