Very disappointing. We visited the "Kitchen" on the top floor.
Crowded and very expensive, although this was expected!

The epitomy of the situation was that the woman who was serving the coffee kept putting her fingers inside the coffee cups-very unhygienic!
In a place like Selfridge's and for the prices they charge, I would have expected top notch service and food; the latter was ok.
