The worst experience buying a car, they tried to cheat my friend"
I will never go again to that place, I went with my friend some weeks ago. Since we arrived, the seller (Xavier, from Ecuador, 30 yearse selling cars !!!!!!!!!!), a very friendly person approached my friend and we started talking about the car he was looking for(a used car). Once we did the test driving with the seller and he realized that my friend liked the car, the tricks began, first, once in his office, another person from the dealer passed and call him, when the return, he told my friend it was a shame but that there was another person interested in the car and that he had done the test first. Second, he told my friend that the certification was optional, when my friend told him he did not want it, because the Toyota are eternal, that friendly person changed, he left again and returned with a supposed manager who started talking as if we had offended him, saying that the certification was mandatory and that his car had 67 computers(A space ship?). My friend already had a loan from his bank and told them that he was taking the car but without the certification, they did not want to. After another of his tricks, once he left, the salesman calls me and tells me to give him a few minutes that he will talk to the manager to try to sell me the car without the certification and he comes back telling me that they already sold the car. Very very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very bad experience
