So grateful for their generous customer service. I ordered a holiday stocking through amazon from them. It arrived promptly via Canada Post. But Canada Post outlet lost it !! So I messaged Trade Zone via Amazon and they replied within minutes and offered to fedEX me overnight delivery another one no charge!! Talk about going above and beyond !! Thank you so much and I will continue to buy from this company!!! =)
