Typical Peruvian government agency. Just try and get a Peruvian drivers license as a foreigner, they will make it near impossible for you. Every single person you speak to will give you a different answer. They expect your embassy to know which document to give you to validate your license, and when the embassy does give you a document certifying your license, Touring won't accept it. Do your homework, get your license validated in your home country and then get it certified at the Peruvian consulate wherever you live BEFORE coming to Peru and getting a Peruvian drivers license. It'll save you the hassle of going all over the city certifying a document in your embassy then at the ministry of exterior relations and then getting it translated.

They never answer a call

They never answer a call
They never answer emails
They never answer any medium.
It cannot be possible that to do a procedure it is mandatory to go, we are in the middle of a pandemic and there must be efficient remote communication means!

Terrible service, one more misfortune of the many that we have in this type of service. No contact telephone number works, there is no way to contact anyone and their website does not work either.
To sum up a misfortune, they can do nothing good.
