By far the cleanest I have seen in so long. Impeccable service and extremely well trained staff. Thank you for a 7 star stay. Definitely coming again. Special thanks to the manager of Social who went out of his way to accommodate us last night . The service was unreal . Dubai standard at its best

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. There room and facilities are top notch. When you step out into the pool area, I appreciated the fact there were two pools. One for families and the other for adults. I have also tried various restaurants on the property which exquisite as well. The staff are beyond accommodating and extremely helpful. The property has such a tranquil atmosphere that it will be hard to leave.
For my first visit to Dubai and first hotel stay I could not have chosen a more luxurious, prominent, relaxing and most hospitable hotel.
The moment my car pulled up I was greeted by name and a staff that heralded my bags and ushered me to the receptionist.
There I was met by the most charming woman named Victoria who processed my check-in, advised of the amenities and services and presented me with the exact room of the ocean and Burj Al Arab view.
She repeatedly asked if there was anything she or the staff could do to make my stay even more exemplary than it would be.
I asked only for a late check-out of 1:00pm on my day of departure.
Victoria s most humble reply was that, ma am how about until 3:00 pm?

My stay here was nothing more than spectacular. Each and every member of start was an absolute pleasure to see and be around.
It was just amazing. The staff so friendly and ready to help - exceptional and the view from the room was incredible. The evenings in the various restaurants were great. the breakfast on the top floor was unsurpassable. I look forward to the next visit!
Overall a nice hotel, but not enough to get a 5-star rating in the luxury segment. The rooms are very nice and clean and the staff is very friendly. The location is pretty remote on the outer circle of the palm. You rely on Taxi/Uber/rental car to get on the main part of the palm or the mainland, since you can t reach it by foot. Because of the remote location, the beach should be nicer. The sand and the water isn t the best, but that seems to be a general problem on the palm. The hot tub in the pool area was more like a warm tub. The breakfast was OK, but couldn t meet the expectations. Might be a coincidence, but during our stay the clientele wasn t great.
This was such a beautiful resort and everyone we encountered was friendly and kind. The view is absolutely stunning and we watched better sunsets from our balcony here than in Maui! Take advantage of the diamond lounge! Hanging out there in the evenings with my husband was probably the best part of our trip! It's just so nice!
Stayed for 2 nights in a king room. The accommodation was very nice in fact one of the best rooms I've stayed in. Pool, beach amazing, clean and well tended. Food was equally good. Not a 5 star rating because some of the outside areas are poor; broken furniture and overgrown. If the guests can see areas they should be in a proper state.
Wonderful experience we have here. Everything is just perfect. The atmosphere, the scenery, the comfy lounge chair and also the fact that there are separate pool for kids and adult make it really nice so that you have choice to have a calm and quiet pool experience or a lively fun experience with your kids.
The Hotel is nice and luxurious, but not really 5 Star luxurious.
Our Room had a nice view, but the windows are not soundproof. Anyone who has ever been to Dubai knows that there are a lot of residents who like to drive their cars quickly through the streets :) so not really quite with a fast Lamborghini on the street ;)
The Pool is really cold, no heating there and the Hot tub is more warm then hot.
Breakfast is nice, but the breakfastroom is more like a concourse.
