UPDATE: I regretfully have to change this review from five stars to only three. Several days after having the new water heater installed, we noticed that it was causing the water to be extremely hot, even on the lowest setting. Upon reading the manual, I realized that they installed a natural gas tank, and we have propane. This was discussed during the initial visit, but somehow they still selected a natural gas tank, and nowhere in the contract that they sent me did it specify that the tank was for natural gas. I called them and they came out the next day to replace the natural gas tank with one meant for liquid propane at no charge. So, I had to deduct four stars for such a large mistake, which was not noticed by either the program manager or the technician, but added two stars due to the quick response from customer service and the technician to resolve the issue.

[Name redacted] the program manager came by our house within hours of calling, and laid out several estimates for us to replace our hot water tank, which had kicked the proverbial bucket. I approved one of the plans that night, and the next day, a technician was over to install the new one. He explained exactly what he had to do, how long it would take, and what to expect while he was working. The entire experience was very smooth and easy from start to finish. Glad I went with Isaac over the other company I was dealing with.
