Strange that a company like Fastweb send you an invoice dating from 2018 to 2019 of 1 SMS not paid a total of 0.15 including VAT Cent. How can they not feel any shame for such a sum. Suffice it to say that for a payment with a postal slip you pay 1.50 and a wire transfer 0.70. let me know a location closer to me here in Catania where I can deliver this sum of 0.15 Cent. by hand, with relative receipt of payment (they will spend more than one carat) I would save up to 1000%.
