The Hotel it's self is lovely and the Staff are brilliant..
The problem is cleanliness are something else. In 4 days I have not seen any part of the the public areas Vacuumed. Areas in the bar are still as dirty as the day we arrived (crumbs everywhere). The carpets are thread bare in places..
Our room... well the bath needs changing (See pic) and the sink is cracked.
