The service department ended up charging me for my...

The service department ended up charging me for my service even though I had prepaid maintenance covering the service. Spent about 3 hours fighting with the service team, finance and the dealership before they finally admitted the mistake and refunded my money.

Make sure you bring your paperwork otherwise you will be out of luck!
