Called for service on Saturday around 3pm, I was told a tech would call me back to schedule service, its now been over 48hrs and I have yet to get a call back. Wont be calling them again and even if they do call back at this point I wont be giving them my business. I would have been a new customer and only tried them because when I searched them on Google they were listed as "open 24/7"....
