Yesterday I arrived in the emergency room by ambulance after having had an accident at work, that is a 3 meters high wall with boxes of dishes and heavy things fell on me (therefore traumatized and in pain) at 12:30, I had to wait 45 minutes only for acceptance because there was no one at the counter. Then I had to wait for the beauty of 7 hours just to be visited for 2 minutes, without even having to take off my shirt. 7 hours without a painkiller without anything with GREEN code. after me they pushed all the green codes forward while I was crying in pain on an uncomfortable chair. They deigned to give me two x-rays and to send me away without even a bandage or anything at 9 pm, so after 8 and a half hours. Exhausted, I couldn't even speak, speechless. NEVER AGAIN
