I went in for a simple oil change. Then when my wife picked up the car and i saw the receipt it looked like they recommended everything that they spoke of on the phone as normal and i would agree that Mike did go over almost everything except one thing which was a glove box. I was thinking why do they recommend I need a new glove box? For 140 dollars on top if that I go to my car and sure enough they broke the damn glove box. It was not damaged in any way prior to them having the car. And I know that for a fact. This is unacceptable. And I wasn't told anything about the glove box over the phone nor when my wife went to sign the paperwork as if they weren't going to mention it. I expect them to replace it no questions asked. You do not damage customers cars then have the nerve to try and charge them for it WITHOUT even saying anything about it to begin with. That is ridiculous I plan on talking to the supervisor ASAP.
