Toby Crull and the staff at Treadstone Mortgage went the extra mile to get our refinance funded. It was no easy feat either. Everything in our life was messed up during Covid. I had to find a different job and start over, my wife works at Claira's on the River and they're all but closed, (pick up only) so despite our good credit scores, our proof of income was an issue. We initially got shot down by the bank, but Toby didn't give up and through some form of sorcery, convinced the bank to take a second look at our situation. We had to provide some additional documentation and had a delay in the closing date, but now it's done and my wife and I can rest easy now, knowing that our house will be paid off 6 years sooner!
