After owning my 2005 Ford Expedition, which was purchased from Sill-Terhar, for almost 10 years, I was in the market for a new truck, and the truck of my dreams. I went into the dealership where Mark Auerbach very patiently and professionally walked me through all the latest options and features associated with the various trip levels on the new F-150's. Once I selected the trim level and color, Mark went to work finding me the exact truck to meet those requirements. He then worked with me on my trade-in and introduced me to the financing guys. With everything approved, Mark was able to order the truck and he, the rest of the Sill-Terhar team fulfilled every promise on delivery. Mark even helped me with some accessories and had them installed by the time I arrived to pick up the truck. A truly outstanding customer experience from start to finish, and I am even seeing some great customer follow-up. This is the 5th Ford vehicle I've purchased brand new, and the second from Sill-Terhar.............and I can say that I plan to buy all future Fords from Sill-Terhar!
