I ve been living at a property ran by re/max for two years. We had four or five separate people handle our account/ property. We would message the property manager about an issue with the house just to be told they left the company and to talk to someone else. They do not contact you in anyway to tell you about the changes to the management to your rental. We recently had the old water heater leak ( my boyfriend told them earlier it was having issues to no reply) and had to shut off the hot water. We have been waiting on a new water heater for a whole week. They have been completely unmotivated and unapologetic about the complete inconvenience that was 100% preventable on their part if they took care of it the first time it was addressed. Do not rent through these people!!!
