My self sudhir suple from nagpur maharashtra, last week 07/02/17 Bill No. 34R1603153 i was purchased daikin 1.5 ton 5 star split AC from Lotus Electronic Mall, Nagpur. A unit of CPR Distributors pvt. Ltd. But still i can not get my AC. Everyday i call to nagpur and indore registered office but not getting proper feedback, everytime new executive pickup my call and discussed same matter daily "kya hua sir boliye". Now indore office told me no material still dispatch for my invoice and nagpur office committed for delivery and installation upto 4.00 pm today as per daily commitment, how it possible i don't know. From last week i waste my 4 days due to wrong commitment of Indore and nagpur office staff. I request you all pls don't purchase any electronic consumer durable items from this type of mega network shop. Because no one decision maker or responsible person in front of you. All are executives they push responsibility on others. They don't give proper solutions.
Same type of services provided by lotus to me when i purchased IFB fully Automatic Washing Machine last time.
