In March of 2016, after waiting for 15 years, I finally bought the car I had always wanted. Many thanks to BMW of San Antonio and more importantly to my Sales Advisor, Frank Jiang.

Frank made it a very stress-free buying experience and provided all the care and guidance needed in buying my car. He made sure all my questions were answered in time and followed-up on all occasions until I finally decided to buy the car. I was so happy working with Frank that I already referred him to a friend of mine while I was waiting at the dealership to complete the paperwork for my car. Once I test drove and decided to buy the car, Frank patiently waited and followed-up as needed for nearly 2 hours until all my paperwork was finalized to ensure everything went as expected and there were no last minute surprises.

Even after the sale, Frank made sure to follow-up with me to ensure I was completely satisfied with my experience and all my concerns had been addressed.

I would say Frank went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top notch. I would happily recommend Frank to anyone who is looking for a car.
