We had a new Trane high -efficiency A/C system installed by Vernon's techs, Zack, Steve, and Andy. The team of technicians all did an exceptional job ! Their installation was very neat and professional and craftsman-like in every way. They were by far the most friendly and courteous contractors we have had. They put drop cloths down throughout the house to protect the floors and carpets. They thoroughly explained the operation of the new system and intelligent thermostat. The new outdoor unit is extraordinarily quiet, even compared to our old unit which we had replaced 26 years ago and chose it because of its efficiency and sound rating. I can hear A/C units at my neighbors' houses and can barely hear ours even standing near it in our back yard. Highly recommend this company... great experience, great product, great price.
