Zero stars. If I could I would give negative. I have an open claim since end of March 2016....my medical bills still not paid....not even one of them. Unprofessional, rough and even aggressive...Claim representative almost scream on me when I try to argue with her. I've tried to reach her manager but he is exactly the same, may be even worse. I've never experienced such miserable people in my entire life. It looks like they have taken for the purpose of paying nothing to anybody. This is the worst customer service I have ever received! I would not recommend this company to anyone !!!!!!
