We visited Blitz for the first time last month for my son's 13th birthday party. It turned out to be THE perfect place and a real rite-of-passage type of party for turning 13 :) We shared the party with another friend, and that helped us parents with the cost quite a bit since the kids have lots of mutual friends. I was really impressed with what a well-run outfit this is. I liked that the kids had a mandatory orientation and that safety was taken so seriously. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, and even let us know that our group was one of the best they've ever reffed. We were the last group there by the end of the day and no one rushed us to leave. It was a really warm early fall day, and the covered picnic bench enclosures were a big plus, especially for my 75yo mom, who really needed all that shade. They had the kind of no-frills, basic amenities of port-a-potties that you'd expect at an outdoor facility, which were very clean, and the sinks to wash hands or fill water bottles was a welcome touch too. Of all the birthday parties I've had for my son, this was the most fun for adults and kids alike A lot of the dads played too, and we moms and the older folks could kick back and chat and relax. We brought along a tailgater grill and really made a day of it. My son raved about the party and can't wait to go back. Thanks to Blitz Paintball for making my son and his friend's 13th bday party a huge success and a truly memorable occasion :)
