I got in touch with Jackson at VW when looking for a new vehicle (This is my THIRD VW From Southgate VW). I purchased from Southgate before and the only reason I came back is I liked my previous salesperson Kent & Tyler. Southgate folks have always been courteous to do business with. Jackson and I mostly texted back and forth for 6 weeks and he was good enough to hold the vehicle I had been looking at in the colour and trim. He had a lot of patience, I had to bail on him the first meeting and I showed up late or missed other meetings or calls after that. My only regret was texting him so much, I really shoulda been on the phone with him, and this was my problem, not his. He is just as pleasant to deal with on the phone as in person. Right down to the final signature going back and forth with sales manager Matt I always felt Jackson had my best interests In mind. I'll buy another car from him. I got to know Evan N. who works in finance, what a good fella to deal with. I know they are all under natural pressure/obligation to sell and make some extra sales along the way, but I truly believed he wanted me to have the right program, accessories or warranties that would suit me. Thanks guys. My wife next vehicle will be number 4. Thanks for putting up with me.
