We wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about Teresa Hurst of Northside Reality. We had the opportunity to spend much of 2018 working with Teresa and Northside on the purchase of a new home and sale of our existing home.

Purchase - Over the course of 2018, we had the opportunity to work with Teresa and Northside to purchase a new home (including the entire home construction build). They helped us from Day 1 of exploring homes, through the entire build processes, and finally to closing and post closing warranty items. We are forever grateful to them for helping us navigate this wild and crazy process. She and the team went entirely above and beyond to help us with matters way outside normal duties and we would not have been in our new home without them. We highly recommend Northside for any home buyer who wants a strong advocate and is always looking out for your best interest. In addition, we want acknowledge Teresa and the team for their great patience with us as we were very particular during the process.

Sale - We also engaged Teresa and Northside to help us sell our exiting home in late 2018. We met with Teresa earlier in the year, during the new home construction build, to discuss our goals and she explained the whole process, best approach, and key tasks to maximize our home value for the sell. As we executed on our plan, they regularly checked in to see if we needed help, scheduled trades for repair work, and constantly monitored the market to ensure best timing. After all preparations were complete, they posted our home on a Saturday morning, we had several private showings that resulted in multiple offers well over asking price, and we were under contract the VERY NEXT DAY! We worked with Teresa and the team through the next few weeks to complete the sale in a seamless process. Teresa even helped coordinate various moving, delivery, and other logistics with the new home owners even after the sale was complete. We highly recommend Teresa and Northside for anyone looking for a great experience of selling their home and to get the most value possible!
