It can be easily reached from Cape Town and Bredasdorp. The entrance costs 300 rand (about 15 euros) and allows you to enter a fence where the cheetahs live and you can pet them under the control of the rangers. The type of contact you can have depends a lot on the state in which the cheetah is in, if it is a little rough you can caress it on the back, while if it is quiet you can caress it on the belly while it is lying on the ground. After the close visit you can admire the circular cheetahs in the fenced field. All in all a nice experience but it depends a lot on the guide who accompanies you and on the state of the animal. Inside there is a boy who speaks Italian to whom you can ask to accompany you. Visited March 2017.
