I spoke with Karen one of the representatives and she went out of her way to figure out the issue I was called for. She went a step further and called me back hours later to let me know I was given the wrong information by the previous representative. I dont normally answer numbers I dont know. But she was persistent and made sure she got through to me. Awesome custom service!
