The woman behind the front counter is very rude. The guy with dreadlocks has a nasty attitude as well. This is not a customer service focused business. I waited for an hour to talk to an artist, then he disappeared for an hour to "work on the design". He came back and had something very different from what we discussed. I made some suggestions for changes and he got an attitude, disappeared for literally 2 minutes and came back with some cheap changes and a bit of visible frustration. At this point I had been here for hours. I am not sorry for being picky about something that will be on my body until I die. Overall poor customer service and a very negative environment. I believe most of the positive ratings on here are for piercings.
