Heeyeon Kim Review of Richmond BMW
Came in for oil change and tire realignment at 9am...
Came in for oil change and tire realignment at 9am and it's 1pm and I am still waiting. Asked a few other questions that I had to fix at the front desk and he couldn't help me so he said he'll find a person who can help me out but didn't. I reminded him 3 times but never came back to answer my questions. They do not have courtesy for the customers and perform poorly at following up. I've been to other BMW dealerships in other states and this one is the worst by far.

The GM, Ms. Guardino, directly reached out to me the same day I left my review and listened more about my unsatisfying experience in details and sincerely apologized for the inconveniences. She is very courteous and professional. She further assisted in answering all my questions in depth. After the conversation I had with her, I realized it was just a fluke and I had an excellent sales experience when I came back in the same week. I absolutely recommend to my friends and family at BMW of Richmond.
