I went there to adopt a small dog the staff was very helpful even though they were overworked they could really use more volunteers so if you love animals and have the time volunteer they are doing great work. We found a new puppy that has completed our family for less than $100.00 we got a puppy that was micrchiped had shots and was spayed. For such a small price we are now a complete family. I highly recommend adopting from Austin Pets Alive and volunteering if you can
