I want to say that Kevin Wilkes, Crew Chief with SERVPRO Was amazing in response to our flooding from an overflow of water coming from our A/C thru a sink upstairs thru to our dining rm downstairs. He provided prompt, professional assessments and quickly moved to remove wet debris, Sheetrock, wood and carpet all while thourougly explaining it step by step to me. He was reassuring at a time when I needed that most. He and Augustine quickly set up the proper equipment and did thorough anti- microbial service to prevent further damage. In review, he let me know what to expect going forward and followed up for 3 days!! I highly recommend Kevin and SERVPRO to everyone including our church family at New Covenant Church, Humble, Tx who has also experienced great service from SERVPRO. While there may be many choices in companies in these services, Fire and Water, Cleanup and Restoration, I can assure u that no other company compares in being honest, straightforward and professional ! It is literally like nothing ever happened! Thank u to Kevin Wilkes and ur team!
