The receptionist who greeted us was very friendly and informative.
If you are going in the winter I would highly suggest taking a hot drink and also a blanket because it is freezing in the punt. Although they do supply you with blankets.
The guide we had was very talkative and friendly and funny as well as having an extensive knowledge of the area, he managed to answer all of our weird curiosities.
Was a lovely morning to start off our Cambridge trip, and we will be coming back in the summer which i m sure will be even more fun!!
