Made an appointment to buy a car, and the car was not actually on the lot. We had to place a deposit to have a car brought to the lot. The car came in later than anticipated, but we bought it at the second appointment. The car windows were supposed to be tinted, but they were not so we made a third appointment for that. The second key was left at the first dealership. We were supposed to pick it up at the third appointment, but the sales desk told us they sold the key to someone else even though I had an appointment to program it that day. So we made a fourth appointment to have a new one ordered and programmed. The window tinting that Subaru applied had large bubbles when I picked it up. Some resolved, but several areas of the tint are full of bubbles 5 days later and they are unable to fix it anytime in the next few weeks so we will have to return to a 5th appointment.
