I've been using Plastiq to pay my rent now for over a year and it has been great! The first time I made a payment I just had to send in a copy of my lease, which wasn't a big deal. From then on it has been smooth sailing. My credit card gets charged each month and I just rack up the rewards points on my credit card. It has turned out to be incredibly consistent too, They tell me it will be 5-7 business days to get the payment to my landlord and every payment that I can remember arrived on the 6th day. 10/10 would recommend to a friend
